  • Neuromuscular Re-education. This therapeutic procedure is provided to improve balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and proprioception.
  • Myofascial Release. This technique is a safe and very effective hands on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.
  • Kinesiology Taping. This is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. This technique alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This lifting allows for a decrease in inflammation of the affected areas. Kinesiology Tape is often used with athletes of all sports because It offers structural or muscle support, corrects postural problems and increases blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
  • TENS Therapy. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a therapy that uses low voltage electrical current to provide pain relief. A TENS unit consists of a battery-powered device that delivers electrical impulses through electrodes placed on the surface of your skin. The electrodes are placed at or near nerves where the pain is located or at trigger points. TENS therapy has been used or is being studied to relieve both chronic (long lasting) and acute (short-term) pain.
